The following types of images are strictly prohibited and are not to be used in any animation generated by UBAnimator: Images encouraging illegal activity and racism; Images providing instructions or encouraging dialogs about conducting illegal activities; Images that are otherwise inappropriate as determined by UBAnimator.com.
  3. Images submitted for animation are subject to storage and reuse in the Userbar Archive. You acknowledge that you have the right to contribute any submitted images and source URLs to the userbar archive.
  4. Images in the UBAnimator.com Userbar Archive have been submitted by users for use in other animations. UBAnimator.com does not endorse any opinions expressed in any user submitted image on this site.
  5. UBAnimator.com's services are provided "as is" and without warranties of any kind either express or implied. UBAnimator.com does not warrant that the services of this site are or will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that defects will be corrected.
  6. You agree to indemnify UBAnimator.com and its staff, officers, employees, agents, distributors, and affiliates from or against any and all third party claims, demands, liabilities, costs, or expenses, including reasonable attorney's fees, resulting from your breach of any of the foregoing agreements, representations, and warranties.

If you are determined by UBAnimator.com to have violated this Terms of Use, then your account, IP Address and Service Providers are subject to immediate and permanent ban without any obligation by UBAnimator.com to redeem money or credit.
